Mother of all Ghanaian Associations.

About

Our main objective is to enhance and promote Ghana and the US-based Ghanaian communities by providing a forum for mutual understanding among Ghanaians and African-Americans.  We provide educational services such as SAT preparation courses, financial support in the form of college scholarships to Ghanaian and no-Ghanaian children.   We also encourage and recognize contributions made by individual Ghanaians and/or non-Ghanaians, and associations for development projects undertaken in Ghana.

This site showcases some of the initiatives NCOGA has undertaken to improve the community over the years.  We invite you to take an interactive tour here, and inform your friends about the experience.   We hope that you will provide us feedback on your experience by clicking on the contact us link, on how we can improve the website to better serve the community.

Our members reflect the different groups that constitute Ghana, from all four corners. If you are from the North or the South, East or the West, it is likely there is an organization that represents your area or interests. If you are a Ghanaian who does not belong to any organization in the tri-state area, we urge you to contact the head of the various associations listed on the site.  However, if you do not find an organization representing your area, and you are interested in starting one, we will be willing to assist you get it off the ground.
