Mark your calendars for an special afternoon with two critically praised debut novelists and a brilliant musician : Nana Ekua Brew Hammond, author of POWDER NECKLACE (Atria Books April 2010), Ayesha Harruna Attah, author of HARMATTAN RAIN (Per Ankh), and George Francois, on acoustic piano.
Up South, Inc promotes contemporary storytelling — in all forms, music, dance, literature and art, — and advances the idea that each
form of expressions exists in dynamic relationship to the other.  Join us on a Sunday afternoon for performances, dialogue and fellowship with three emerging talents who demonstrate that we are a classical people still producing classical art.
